At CouchTravel, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer a straightforward refund policy to provide peace of mind when shopping with us.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Time Frame: You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the refund.

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@couchtravel.com with your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.

 

Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.

 

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@couchtravel.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

5. late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund

is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. eligibility conditions for refund

All items must:

Be in new condition.

Be in their original unaltered box, including an intact UPC code.

Include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and

free items.

Defective or Damaged Items

You have 30 days from the date of invoice to return defective or damaged items.

Defective or damaged items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at CouchTraveler.com's discretion.

For a full refund, you need to contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

After 5 business days of delivery, you’ll receive the same model or the

manufacture's equivalent model instead of a refund.

For verified damaged and defective items CouchTraveler.com will reimburse return shipping fees.

For unverified defective or damaged items, CouchTraveler.com reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
