1. 7 days return policy

At CouchTraveler.com, we are proud to offer a 7-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our merchandise.

 

You have 7 days to return the merchandise for full refund. All returns must meet our guidelines, please review our full Return Policy carefully.

 

Return Policy

Return & Exchanges: You have 7 days from the date of invoice to return merchandise for full refund as long as you haven’t used it. Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless we sent the wrong or a defected item.

2. initiate refund

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order, just pay for return shipping costs and we will help you process a full refund. You can start the return process online, via the contact us page, phone, or simply email us at support@couchtraveler.com.

 

*Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution center in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must be unused and not show any visual signs of wear

3. exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. terms & conditions

You’ll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Books, CD’s, and DVD’s cannot be opened (due to copyright laws). We will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only in the Contiguous 48 United States). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return, meeting the requirements. Our Return Policy is not applicable for commercial and bulk orders.

5. refund details

CouchTraveler.com will refund your original purchase price, excluding shipping fees.

6. free items

If your original purchase included free items, you must return all associated items to receive a full refund. The retail value of any free items you keep, along with shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund.

7. eligibility conditions

All items must:

 

Be in new condition.

Be in their original unaltered box, including an intact UPC code.

Include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and free items.

CouchTraveler.com will refund the original purchase price after deducting the retail value of any free items you keep.

Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Items labeled as Non-Returnable Items are non-refundable.

Special-order merchandise and gift cards.

Any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

You have 7 days from the date of invoice to return defective or damaged items.

Defective or damaged items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at CouchTraveler.com's discretion.

For a full refund, you need to contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

After 5 business days of delivery, you’ll receive the same model or the manufacture's equivalent model instead of a refund.

For verified damaged and defective items CouchTraveler.com will reimburse return shipping fees.

For unverified defective or damaged items, CouchTraveler.com reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee

8. processing your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@couchtraveler.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

9. late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
