Couch Traveler offers free shipping on all orders in the US.

Processing and Handling

All Orders are processed within 1 - 2 days and then shipped out immediately after.

Delivery

Orders are shipped by USPS, DHL, FedEx etc. You can expect to receive your order within 1-7 business days after processing.

Canceled Orders

If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.

Late Deliveries

In any event of a late delivery, Couch Traveler will do all it can to get your

package delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, unless your order is dispatched late, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in shipments that are the result of delays that are the fault of our couriers (DHL & FedEx) or a result of customs clearance delays

Shipping Rules

A signature might be required for UPS shipments upon receipt. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS, at the discretion of the local UPS driver someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.

Import Duties & Sales Tax

For US customers, the value of shipment of merchandise imported by one person on one day exempt from duties and taxes is $800.
